食品厂的称重传感器,是设备上最容易"早衰"的部件之一。很多食品设备商发现,传感器用不到一年就生锈、精度漂移、客户退货。根子往往在选型时图便宜,用了合金钢或低防护等级的产品。
这篇文章讲清楚:为什么食品厂的传感器,必须全不锈钢 + IP68。
食品车间的三个"传感器杀手"
1. 高压水枪冲洗
食品厂为了卫生,每天下班要用高压水枪冲洗设备。传感器装在传送带下、平台秤里、料斗底部,被水直接冲击是常态。
合金钢传感器靠表面镀层防锈,高压水枪一冲,镀层剥落,内部开始锈蚀。IP65 只能防"喷水",扛不住高压持续冲洗。
2. 消毒液、清洁剂腐蚀
食品车间常用含氯消毒液、碱性清洁剂、酸性除垢剂。这些化学品对金属有强腐蚀性。
合金钢在消毒液环境下,锈蚀速度加倍。不锈钢表面的氧化铬膜则能抵御大部分酸碱腐蚀。
3. 潮湿高温环境
蒸煮车间、清洗区常年高温高湿,水汽无孔不入。传感器如果密封不严,水汽渗入内部,精度会慢慢漂移。

很多设备商算的账是:合金钢比不锈钢便宜几十块,一台设备配 3 只省一百多。

- 一年至少换 1~2 次,每次还要停产拆装
- 客户因为设备故障退货、索赔
- 口碑受损,丢后续订单

给食品设备配传感器,就一条铁律:
全不锈钢 + IP68 标配,一步到位,不要合金钢,不要"加钱才升级 IP68"。

In food factories, the load cell is one of the components that "age" the fastest. Many food equipment makers find that load cells rust, drift in accuracy and cause customer returns within a year. The root cause is often cutting corners on material or protection rating during selection.

Three "sensor killers" in food workshops
1. High-pressure water gun washing
For hygiene, food factories wash equipment with high-pressure water guns every day after work. Load cells installed under conveyors, in platform scales and at hopper bottoms are routinely blasted directly by water.
Alloy steel load cells rely on surface plating for rust resistance; the high-pressure gun strips the plating and internal corrosion begins. IP65 can only resist "spraying" and cannot withstand sustained high-pressure washing.
2. Disinfectant and detergent corrosion
Food workshops commonly use chlorine-based disinfectants, alkaline detergents and acidic descaling agents. These chemicals are highly corrosive to metals.
In a disinfectant environment, alloy steel corrodes twice as fast. The chromium oxide film on stainless steel, however, resists most acid-alkali corrosion.
3. Humid, high-temperature environments
Steaming workshops and washing areas are hot and humid year-round, with water vapor everywhere. If a load cell is not tightly sealed, moisture seeps inside and accuracy slowly drifts.
Four conditions a food load cell must meet

Saving on material is actually losing big money
Many equipment makers calculate: alloy steel is a few dozen yuan cheaper than stainless steel, saving over a hundred yuan for 3 cells per device.
But the real math is:
- Alloy steel load cells rust and fail in 6 ~ 12 months
- At least 1 ~ 2 replacements per year, each requiring downtime for disassembly
- Customers return products and claim compensation due to equipment failure
- Reputation suffers and follow-up orders are lost
Saving 100 yuan can cost you a customer, or an entire market. This math doesn't work out.
