在称重传感器领域,德国 HBM 是公认的高端品牌,精度和稳定性有口皆碑。但它的价格也让很多设备商肉疼——一只 Z6 悬臂梁传感器,中国市场价 2500~3800 元,HLC 剪切梁更是 3000~4500 元。
一台设备配 3~4 只传感器,光传感器成本就上万。这让很多做检重秤、配料系统、反应釜的设备商进退两难:用 HBM,成本吃不消;用杂牌,性能没底。
其实还有第三条路:国产高端替代。
HBM 为什么贵?贵在哪?
HBM 的贵,主要来自三部分:
