IP 后面的两个数字,各代表什么?
IP 是 Ingress Protection(进入防护)的缩写,后面两个数字分别代表:
- 第一位数字(0~6): 防固体(灰尘)等级
- 第二位数字(0~9): 防水等级
工业称重传感器里,第一位数字通常是 6(完全防尘),所以大家平时说的 IP65、IP67、IP68,关键区别在第二个数字——防水能力。

三个最常见的"坑"
坑一:数字越大越好,但也要看实际。 IP68 没有统一规定"能泡多深、泡多久",不同品牌的实际防护能力有差异。选型时要看品牌的实测和口碑,不能只看数字。
坑二:IP68 是"选配"还是"标配"。 这是最容易被忽略的。很多品牌的 IP68 是选配项,要额外加钱升级,基础款只有 IP65 或 IP67。采购报价单上看着便宜,一问"IP68 要加多少钱",价格就上去了。一定要问清楚标配还是选配。
坑三:只认 IP,不看材质。 IP 等级再高,如果壳体是合金钢、靠镀层防锈,划伤后照样生锈。真正的"防水防腐",要 不锈钢材质 + 高防护等级 双管齐下。

What do the two digits after IP represent?
IP stands for Ingress Protection. The two digits that follow represent:
- First digit (0 ~ 6): protection against solids (dust)
- Second digit (0 ~ 9): protection against water
In industrial load cells, the first digit is usually 6 (fully dustproof), so when people talk about IP65, IP67 and IP68, the key difference lies in the second digit — water resistance.

The three most common "pitfalls"
Pitfall 1: bigger numbers are better, but you must check the reality. IP68 has no uniform standard for "how deep and how long it can be submerged"; actual protection varies by brand. When selecting, look at the brand's real testing and reputation, not just the number.
Pitfall 2: is IP68 "optional" or "standard"? This is the most easily overlooked point. For many brands, IP68 is an option requiring extra payment; the base model is only IP65 or IP67. The quote looks cheap, but the moment you ask "how much to upgrade to IP68", the price jumps. Always ask clearly whether it is standard or optional.
Pitfall 3: looking only at IP, not the material. No matter how high the IP rating, if the housing is alloy steel relying on plating, it will still rust once scratched. True "waterproof and corrosion-proof" requires stainless steel material + high protection rating working together.
