做料罐、反应釜、料仓称重的人,经常会遇到两个概念:称重传感器和称重模块。有人以为是一样的,有人以为模块是更高级的传感器。其实两者定位不同,用途也不同。这篇文章讲清楚。
称重传感器:最基础的测量元件
称重传感器本身就是一个"把重量变成电信号"的元件。它的任务只有一个:受力 → 输出对应的电信号。
但传感器本身不能直接承托大型容器。你不能把几个传感器直接垫在料罐脚下面——因为:
- 传感器承受不了水平方向的力(搅拌、振动会产生侧向力)
- 容器会滑动、倾倒
- 传感器容易被冲击损坏
所以,传感器需要"保护"和"引导",这就产生了称重模块。
称重模块:传感器 + 安装支架 + 保护装置
称重模块可以理解成"封装好的称重解决方案",它 = 传感器 + 支架 + 限位 + 保护。
一个完整的称重模块包含:

什么情况下用传感器,什么情况下用模块?
直接用传感器(不需要模块)
这些场景,传感器直接安装即可,受力简单,不需要额外的支架和限位。
必须用称重模块
- 料罐、储罐称重:容器重、体积大,需要模块承托和限位
- 反应釜称重:有搅拌、振动,需要防倾覆
- 料仓、料斗称重:物料冲击大,需要过载保护
- 车载称重:车辆颠簸,需要自复位
判断标准:
你的称重对象是不是一个"大容器"?是不是有搅拌、振动、冲击?只要占一条,就用称重模块。
模块选型的三个关键
- 容量匹配:模块容量 =(容器自重 + 最大物料重量)÷ 模块数量 × 安全系数
- 材质一致:不锈钢模块配不锈钢传感器,合金钢配合金钢,别混搭
- 防倾覆设计:优先选自复位摇柱结构,搅拌振动时自动回位

People who build weighing systems for tanks, reactors and silos often encounter two concepts: load cell and weighing module. Some think they are the same; some think the module is a more advanced load cell. In fact, the two have different positioning and different uses. This article explains clearly.
Load cell: the most basic measuring element
A load cell itself is a component that "converts weight into an electrical signal". Its only job: receive force → output the corresponding electrical signal.
But a load cell itself cannot directly support large vessels. You cannot simply place a few load cells under the legs of a tank — because:
- Load cells cannot withstand horizontal forces (agitation and vibration create lateral forces)
- The vessel will slide or tip over
- Load cells are easily damaged by impact
So the load cell needs "protection" and "guidance" — this is where the weighing module comes in.
Weighing module: load cell + mounting bracket + protection device
A weighing module can be understood as a "packaged weighing solution" — it = load cell + bracket + limiting + protection.
A complete weighing module contains:

Use a load cell directly (no module needed)
- Small bench scales and platform scales
- Checkweighers and packing scales
- Filling machines
- Belt scales
In these scenarios, the load cell is installed directly with simple forces, needing no extra bracket or limiting.
Must use a weighing module
- Tank and silo weighing: heavy, large vessels need module support and limiting
- Reactor weighing: has agitation and vibration, needs anti-overturning
- Silo and hopper weighing: large material impact, needs overload protection
- Vehicle-mounted weighing: vehicle vibration, needs self-resetting
Judgment standard:
Is your weighing object a "large vessel"? Does it involve agitation, vibration or impact? If any one applies, use a weighing module.
Three keys to module selection
- Capacity matching: module capacity = (vessel dead weight + maximum material weight) ÷ number of modules × safety factor
- Material consistency: stainless steel modules with stainless steel load cells, alloy steel with alloy steel — never mix
- Anti-overturning design: prioritize self-resetting rocker column structures that return to position automatically during agitation and vibration
