化工、制药、新材料生产都离不开反应釜。而反应釜的精准配料、安全监控,核心在于一套可靠的称重系统。这套系统怎么配?传感器选什么?模块怎么装?仪表怎么选?这篇给你讲清楚。
为什么反应釜需要称重系统?
传统的液位计、流量计在反应釜上有很多局限:
- 液位计受温度、密度、泡沫、搅拌影响,读数不准
- 流量计只能测进入量,测不出釜内残留
而称重系统直接测釜体重量,不管物料是固体、液体、浆料还是混合态,重量数据都是准的。这就是为什么越来越多反应釜改用称重方式。
一套完整的反应釜称重系统包含三部分
1. 传感器(核心)
反应釜一般配 3~4 只传感器,均匀安装在釜的支脚下。
选型要点:
- 量程: 单只量程 =(釜自重 + 最大物料重量)÷ 传感器数量 × 安全系数 1.5~2
- 精度: C3 精度足够,但要看"综合误差",优秀产品 ≤±0.02% F.S
- 材质: 化工环境有酸雾、碱液、溶剂,必须全不锈钢
- 防护: 罐底常积水、清洗时接触液体,必须 IP68
推荐型号: 剪切梁式传感器(如 YLA8),剪切梁结构抗侧向力能力强,更适合反应釜这种带搅拌、振动的工况。
2. 称重模块(安装支架)
传感器不能直接顶在釜脚下,需要称重模块来承托和保护。
模块的作用:
- 承重 + 限位:把釜体重量准确传递给传感器,同时防止釜体水平位移
- 防倾覆:自复位摇柱设计,搅拌、振动时自动复位,防止倾覆
- 防过载:保护传感器不受冲击损伤
选型要点:模块容量要和传感器匹配,材质要一致(不锈钢配不锈钢)。
3. 称重仪表(信号处理)
传感器输出的是微弱模拟信号,需要仪表转换成可读的重量数字。
选型要点:
- 采样速度:反应釜动态配料,需要高速采样
- 通讯接口:要能对接 PLC/DCS,常见 RS485、以太网、CAN 总线
- 远程标定:化工现场危险,能远程清零、标定最好,避免人员接触物料
- 防爆:如果釜在防爆区,仪表和传感器都要本安防爆认证

Why does a reactor need a weighing system?
Traditional level gauges and flow meters have many limitations on reactors:
- Level gauges are affected by temperature, density, foam and agitation, giving inaccurate readings
- Flow meters can only measure input, not the residue inside the reactor
A weighing system directly measures the reactor body weight. No matter whether the material is solid, liquid, slurry or mixed, the weight data is accurate. This is why more and more reactors are switching to weighing.
A complete reactor weighing system has three parts
1. Sensor (the core)
A reactor usually uses 3 ~ 4 load cells, evenly installed under its support legs.
Selection points:
- Capacity: single cell capacity = (reactor dead weight + maximum material weight) ÷ number of cells × safety factor 1.5 ~ 2
- Accuracy: C3 is enough, but look at the "combined error" — excellent products are ≤ ±0.02% F.S
- Material: chemical environments have acid mist, alkali and solvents — full stainless steel is a must
- Protection: tank bottoms often flood and are washed with liquid — IP68 is a must
Recommended model: shear beam load cells (such as YLA8). The shear beam structure resists lateral forces better, making it more suitable for reactors with agitation and vibration.
2. Weighing module (mounting bracket)
A load cell cannot directly support the reactor legs; it needs a weighing module to bear and protect it.
The module's functions:
- Load bearing + limiting: accurately transfers the reactor weight to the load cell while preventing horizontal displacement
- Anti-overturning: self-resetting rocker column design, automatically resets during agitation and vibration
- Overload protection: protects the load cell from impact damage
Selection points: the module capacity must match the load cell, and materials must be consistent (stainless steel with stainless steel).
3. Weighing indicator (signal processing)
The load cell outputs a weak analog signal that the indicator converts into a readable weight number.
Selection points:
- Sampling speed: dynamic batching in reactors requires high-speed sampling
- Communication interface: must connect to PLC/DCS — common options are RS485, Ethernet and CAN bus
- Remote calibration: chemical sites are hazardous; remote zeroing and calibration is best to avoid personnel contact with materials
- Explosion-proof: if the reactor is in a hazardous area, both the indicator and load cells need intrinsic-safety certification
