一、单点式传感器
结构特点: 只有一个受力点,通常是方形或圆形的小型传感器,靠中心点受力。
适用量程: 小量程为主,一般 10~200kg
典型应用:
- 小型台秤、平台秤
- 检重秤、包装秤

- IVD 设备、实验室称重
优点: 精度高、响应快、体积小 局限: 不适合大量程,不适合有强侧向力的场景
怎么选: 小量程、高精度、动态称重选单点式。
二、悬臂梁传感器
结构特点: 一端固定、另一端受力,像一根悬挑的梁,受力后产生弯曲形变。
适用量程: 中量程,一般 10~500kg
典型应用:
优点: 量程覆盖广、精度高、安装灵活、抗偏载能力较强 局限: 对安装水平度有一定要求
怎么选: 中等量程、多支组合称重的场景选悬臂梁,是最通用的类型。
三、剪切梁传感器
结构特点: 受力后内部产生剪切形变,结构粗壮,抗侧向力和过载能力强。
适用量程: 大量程,一般 200kg~数吨
典型应用:
优点: 抗过载、抗侧向力、耐振动、适合恶劣环境 局限: 体积较大,不适合小量程
怎么选: 大量程、带搅拌振动、有侧向力的场景选剪切梁。

By structure, load cells are most commonly divided into three types: single-point, cantilever beam and shear beam. They look similar and all weigh, but their applicable scenarios are completely different. Choose wrong and, at best, accuracy falls short; at worst, the load cell is damaged and the equipment fails.

1. Single-point load cell
Structural features: only one force-bearing point, usually a small square or round load cell that bears force at the center.
Applicable capacity: mainly small capacity, generally 10 ~ 200 kg
Typical applications:
- Small bench scales and platform scales
- Checkweighers and packing scales
- Filling machines
- IVD equipment and laboratory weighing
Advantages: high accuracy, fast response, compact size Limitations: not suitable for large capacity or strong lateral force scenarios

2. Cantilever beam load cell
Structural features: one end fixed, the other end bearing force, like a cantilevered beam that bends under load.
Applicable capacity: medium capacity, generally 10 ~ 500 kg
Typical applications:
- Hopper scales and batching systems
- Platform scales and belt scales
- Packing and filling machines
- Checkweighers
Advantages: wide capacity coverage, high accuracy, flexible installation, good eccentric-load resistance Limitations: has certain requirements for installation levelness
How to choose: medium capacity, multi-cell combined weighing → cantilever beam, the most versatile type.
3. Shear beam load cell
Structural features: produces shear deformation internally under load, with a rugged structure and strong resistance to lateral forces and overload.
Applicable capacity: large capacity, generally 200 kg to several tons
Typical applications:
- Reactor weighing
- Tank and silo weighing
- Truck scales
- Large platform scales
Advantages: overload resistance, lateral force resistance, vibration tolerance, suited to harsh environments Limitations: larger size, not suitable for small capacity
How to choose: large capacity, with agitation/vibration or lateral forces → shear beam.
